CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that things happen and life gets busy. Please try to be on time for your appointment, but if you’re running late please just send me a message. In the case of a short notice cancellation/rescheduling (less then 24 hrs before your appointment time) you will be charged 30% of your service fee. If you do not show up to your appointment, and fail to contact me before your scheduled appointment time, a full charge of your scheduled service will be placed on the card I have filed. If you show up past 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment you will be filed with a no-show charge and will not receive your treatment that day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
